How can we improve RE.minder?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. More Bug me options

    Need to have a 15/30 minute bug me option. 1 minute is too short and 1 hour is too long for some things.

  2. More repeat options

    Options for n day of week
    Example every 1st Monday of the month

    Options for nth weekday of month/nth month
    Example 3rd weekday of every month
    2nd weekday of every 3rd month

    Define:
    Weekday as M - F
    weekend day as Sat and Sun

    It is definitely something that we’d like to support but it will have to wait until we’ve updated the app for the newer system APIs for user notifications, added iCloud sync support, and added more “bug me” options.

  4. Ability to re set same reminder on specific periods of time

    I would like to know if you can add at the existing functions the possibility to set again an expired reminder to buzz next month on the same date and next year at the same date that i have already set. I think this would be a great addon. For example i have to pay a bill at 21 of each month , currenty your app doesnt give me the chance to reschedule it easy for next month, or year using same date .

  5. Color changes

    Awesome app! :)

    Am I overlooking an area to change the colors of the boxes (reminders) themselves outside of the color scheme and icon color change? If not currently, are there any plans in the near future? Or, will additional color schemes be added? Thanks you!

    I’m sorry to report that there’s no way to customize color schemes at the moment. We plan to add more color schemes in the future though. Let us know any ideas you have for color schemes.

  8. Default time setting

    I set a lot of reminders that have no specific time of the day that I want to be reminded. I usually set it for 10am. If the time wheels would be able to be set for a specific default time, then if I wanted to set it for a different time, I would just adjust the wheels. Having to change the time every time I use it is just an extra step that can be avoided.

  9. Category

    In the future updates, please add category feature where we are able to categorize our reminders (example: work, personal, etc). At the same time, there's an option to see all the times besides the per category view.

  12. Voice reminder

    Please Make the option to make a voice reminder, just the same way the reminders are made now.
    You'll get in, and where you write the reminder you'll have a mic button too.
    The reminder will notify you in time and you'll get in and hear the voice note.

  15. In desperate need of an undo button

    Sometimes I write a long note and at the last second accidentally delete it because the delete button is near where you would click to type more text so it’s easy to do. The problem is as it is now there is no way to undo that mistake. Please add an “undo” function thank you

  17. Bug with repeated reminders and time zone changes

    This app needs to support changes in time zone as well as "daylight savings" time changes. This has been an issue for quite some time now.

  20. Chained reminders

    Example scenario:
    One initial reminder for putting clothes in the washing machine, if and only if that is done, a set amount of time later i want to be reminded to check on the washing machine if its done, and to put the clothes in the dryer.
    Then i want to be reminded a different amount of time later to check in the clothes in the dyer and go get them and to put them away.

    As it is now something like this means that when i decide i want to do the first action later (or not at all…
